to the Louisiana Gene Therapy Research Consortium. We are dedicated to providing new hope for people with serious inherited and acquired diseases by helping Louisiana scientists discover successful cell and gene therapies.

Our mission is to advance health and promote research, education and economic development for the citizens of  Louisiana through gene and cell based medicine. 

Our Consortium members are: Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - New Orleans, Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center - Shreveport, and Tulane University Health Sciences Center.

The Louisiana Gene Therapy Research Consortium is funded by the Louisiana Board of Regents
